Jamie is a native of Selma, AL. He received a BS from Auburn University in Forest Management in 1997 and a MBA in 2000 from Troy State University. He is a Registered Forester, Prescribed Burn Manager, and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Alabama. He has been providing forestry services to landowners in Central Alabama for over 25 years. He joined IndusTREE in 2005. He and his wife Angie Blackmon Thomas reside in Selma, where they have raised their three children, Caroline, Sarah, and Rhett.
